Inner Circle Membership Agreement

By joining the Modern Mom Collective Inner Circle, you agree to the following membership terms.

Founding Membership

Inner Circle is a membership designed to support visibility, connection, and collaboration among businesses within the Modern Mom Collective community.

Success within the community depends on many factors including each member’s participation, effort, business model, and external circumstances. Modern Mom Collective does not guarantee business growth, revenue, client acquisition, or specific outcomes as a result of membership.

Founding members receive a locked-in rate of $59 per month, which will remain active for as long as membership remains active and in good standing.

Future members may join Inner Circle at a higher rate as the program evolves.

Minimum Commitment

Inner Circle membership requires a minimum three (3) month commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to remain an active member for the first three billing cycles.

After the initial three-month commitment has been completed, membership may be canceled at any time.

Billing

Membership is billed monthly at $59 per month beginning on the date of enrollment.

Payments will automatically renew each month unless membership is canceled after the minimum commitment period.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or removal from the Inner Circle until payment is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time after the initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled.

To cancel, members must submit cancellation before their next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

Community Expectations

Inner Circle is intended to be a collaborative and supportive environment for businesses within the Modern Mom Collective community.

Members are expected to participate respectfully and contribute positively to the community experience.

Modern Mom Collective reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or not aligned with the values of the community.

Membership Evolution

Inner Circle is designed to grow and evolve alongside the Modern Mom Collective community.

Features, benefits, and programming may expand over time.

Founding members will retain their locked founding rate as long as their membership remains active.
